Attendance tracking: know who is in, and since when

Employees clock in on their phone or at the entrance, you see live who is present, and the hours go on as a timesheet to payroll.

  • 14-day free trial, no credit card
  • €6.50 per user per month, excluding VAT
  • Every feature included
  • iOS, Android and web

Clock in where the work is

Employees record their attendance by clocking in on their own phone, or on a shared device at the entrance with their own PIN. When they clock in they pick the role and sub-location, so it is on record where and as what someone was present that day.

  • On the own phone or a shared device
  • Role and sub-location with every punch
  • Works without signal too

A check on where people clock in

Geofencing checks that people clock in at the right location. A punch outside the zone is flagged, so a manager can look at it instead of running into it on the payslip.

  • Geofencing per location
  • GPS breadcrumbs during the shift
  • Punches outside the zone flagged

See live who is in

The manager sees attendance live: who is clocked in and since when. A forgotten clock-out is fixed in the time entry itself, and a day that is correct gets locked.

  • Live attendance
  • Editable time entries
  • Day locking

Reports on attendance and staffing

Reports give insight into attendance, staffing and leave. Scheduled reports arrive in the inbox of whoever needs them.

  • Insight into attendance, staffing and leave
  • Scheduled reports by email
  • Timesheets with export to Excel, PDF or CSV

What this is not

Celtucom records the attendance of your own employees. It is not visitor registration and not an access system with gates or badges. For the fixed clock at the door, see the time clock; for clocking in on site, the time tracking app. What happens to the hours afterwards is on timesheet, and the reports are on workforce reports.
