Work orders filled in on site, not retyped at the office

A work order app in the same app as the schedule, the clock-in and the timesheets. One login for the technician, and no paper slip that still has to come back.

  • 14-day free trial, no credit card
  • €6.50 per user per month, excluding VAT
  • Every feature included
  • iOS, Android and web

A work order template, ready to use

The built-in work order template has the fields a job needs: date, customer, location, work carried out, materials used, hours worked, photos, the name for sign-off and the customer's signature.

  • Work done, materials and hours
  • Photos from the job
  • Customer signature required

Filled in where the work happens

Location and signature are required by the template, so a work order cannot be closed from the van later without them. Without signal it is queued and sent once there is a connection.

  • Location required
  • Works offline
  • Sent automatically on reconnect

A PDF for the office

An admin downloads a work order as a PDF with the organization's own logo. It is not sent to the customer automatically; the office decides what goes where.

  • PDF with your logo
  • Downloaded by an admin
  • No automatic email to the customer

Adapt the form

The work order is a template in the forms module, so its fields can be changed to fit your trade, and a submitted one carries its own status, owner and notes.

  • Editable fields
  • Forms without code
  • A status and an owner per submission

Around the work order

The hours on the job come from the time tracking app, the visits from the schedule, and the approved period goes on through the timesheets.
