Employee time tracking app that keeps working without signal

One tap starts a shift, with the right role and location attached. Geofencing keeps clock times honest, and a local queue means a basement or a building site never costs you a timesheet.

  • 14-day free trial, no credit card
  • €6.50 per user per month, excluding VAT
  • Every feature included
  • iOS, Android and web

Clock in from any device

Employees clock in from their own phone, a shared tablet or the web, and pick the role and sub-location they are working that shift. Breaks, overtime and shift notes are part of the same entry.

  • One-tap clock-in and clock-out
  • Role and sub-location per shift
  • Breaks, overtime and shift notes

Geofencing and GPS

Check that clock times happen at the right place, keep GPS breadcrumbs for the shift, and see a clock-in made outside the zone flagged on the shift itself. That check is recomputed on the server, so it cannot be waved away from the phone.

  • Geofenced clock-in
  • GPS breadcrumbs during the shift
  • A clock-in outside the zone is flagged and reported

Works offline

Without signal, clock actions are stored on the device and synchronize automatically once there is a connection again. Nobody has to remember to re-enter a missed punch.

  • Offline queue on the device
  • Automatic sync on reconnect
  • No gaps in the timesheet

From punches to payroll

Clock times feed the timesheet live, and employees can see their own worked hours in the app. A manager reviews them, locks the day and exports the approved period, or sends it straight to a connected payroll package.

  • Live attendance
  • Editable time entries and day locking
  • Excel, PDF and CSV export

Where the hours go next

Approved hours land in the timesheet software, shifts come from the schedule, and a shared device at the door is the time clock. Everything else is on the features page.
