One plan, priced per person
€6.50 per user per month, excluding VAT. Every feature is in it. There are no tiers to compare and nothing locked behind a bigger package.
One year
€71.50per user / year
Works out to €5.96 per user per month
Paid up front for the year
One month free
Two years
€143.00per user / 2 years
Works out to €5.96 per user per month
Paid up front for two years
2 months free
You always start with a 14-day free trial and pick a term afterwards. The free months on a prepaid term are a discount on the price, not extra trial time.
Both prepaid terms cost the same per month
The two-year term is not cheaper per user than the one-year term. It locks that rate in for twice as long. Pick it if you want price certainty, not because it saves more.
All prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions
What does Celtucom cost?
€6.50 per user per month, excluding VAT. There is one plan with every feature in it, so there are no tiers to work out. Paying a year up front comes to €5.96 per user per month, and you can try everything free for 14 days.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial lasts 14 days. If you don't start a subscription after that, access is paused for your whole team. Your data stays stored: once the payment has gone through, everyone picks up where they left off.
Do we pay for employees who have left?
No. You pay per active user. When someone leaves, you archive them: archived employees no longer count, while their hours and records stay available for your administration.
Does it connect to our payroll package?
Yes, to Nmbrs (Visma), AFAS Profit, Exact Online, Loket.nl and employes.nl. These are real API connections, not an export: test the link, pull your employees across, and write an approved period straight into payroll without re-keying anything. The write-back works with Nmbrs (Visma), AFAS Profit, Loket.nl and employes.nl; Exact Online's payroll API is read-only, so there the connection reads and does not write.
See the payroll connectionsDoes clocking in work without internet?
Yes. Clock actions are stored on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns, so a dead zone never costs anyone a timesheet.
What do we need to get started?
Nothing but a phone or a browser. Employees join through an invite link, there is no hardware to install, and you can start with a single team or location.
How is our data protected?
Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest, with access enforced down to individual database rows. The company that develops Celtucom is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, Celtucom supports GDPR data export and deletion, and a data processing agreement is available on celtucom.com/dpa.
Which devices are supported?
iOS, Android and any modern browser. The mobile apps are built native, not a website in a shell.
Can Celtucom replace our punch clock and spreadsheets?
That is the idea: time tracking, schedules, timesheets, time-off, tasks and team chat live in one platform, so the patchwork of separate tools can go.
